About GETS

When Grant joined his last organisation as a Training Engineer, there was no formal training system in place. Over two years, he designed and implemented training materials, competency frameworks, assessment processes, and learning programmes to support operational engineers.
That inspired the creation of GETS.
Today, we help small utility companies, network operators, contractors, and engineering organisations develop practical, compliant, and sustainable training systems without spending years building them from scratch by integrating various tools and functionalities into a single, cohesive system.
